Barry Hamblett
Chief Executive OfficerBarry Hamblett, CEO, has been working in the corrugated box industry since 1988. He began his career in the Houston market with Houston Corrugated Box and then shifted to the the DFW and East Texas markets with sister plants of Container Service Corporation. In 1990, he went to work for Bates Container in the East Texas market as a Territory Sales Rep based out of North Richland Hills, Texas. In 1990, Barry was part of the Sales and Design team that designed and sold the redistribution box currently used by all Walmart distribution centers in the United States. DC 6005, located in Palestine, TX, was the first to utilize the design. With that design, Bates was awarded the business for 14 different Walmart Distribution Centers throughout the Southern United States for the next several years. In 1990, Barry began working with another huge customer, Allegiance Health Care, presently operating as Cardinal Health supplying products ranging from plastic bags to die cut items. He worked with Allegiance's engineering team to design cost effective, ergonomic, economic and environmentally friendly packaging. Barry, through his years of experience, is uniquely qualified to work with customers of all sizes and packaging needs including but not limited to plastic bags, stretch film, strapping, tape, and custom corrugated boxes. During his tenure at Bates Container, Barry moved through the ranks from Sales Manager to VP/General Manager after successfully starting up the East Texas plant based in Longview. In 2014, the Bates Container facilities were sold to a European company which Barry worked alongside until 2017 to satisfy the terms of the sale agreement. Chad Crisp
Sales/COOChad Crisp has worked in the corrugated industry since 1992. He has spent equal amounts of time in production, management and sales. He understands the production process of a plant and how to fix the bottlenecks.
Anyone can give you what you want. Chad's goal is to walk your through the transformational process of realizing that packaging is a tool to help positively impact productivity, improve appearance, and increase your bottom line. Kelly Belt
CFOIn 2017, Kelly played a critical role in the startup of Baxter Packaging. She was able to apply her previous financial and managerial experience to aide in all aspects of creating their business. As they have grown, it has been an honor to continue to serve in an advisory role for training and developing new employees as they create new jobs in the Longview area, as well as continued oversight in the financial aspects of their organization.
